A New Chapter: Reactivating Chubby Munchkin

Today is January 19th, 2025, and I’m thrilled to share some exciting news: I’ve officially reactivated all my social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube! It feels surreal to be back online after such a long hiatus, and as I reflect on the journey that brought me here, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude and a renewed sense of purpose.

The last YouTube video I posted was from 2020 – five years ago. Five years! During this time away, I’ve done a lot of soul-searching and creative exploration. When I started my art career, I was deeply immersed in fan art. While it was an amazing experience that taught me so much, I began to feel stuck. Fan art, for all its joys, tethered me to someone else’s vision. I realized that I wanted to create something uniquely mine – to break free from the box and forge my own path.

So, I started small. I sketched little drafts of characters from my own imagination, testing the waters to see what stories and designs my mind could conjure. 

Slowly but surely, I began to focus on personal projects, working in private and using each one as an opportunity to learn new skills. These small experiments sparked a bigger vision. One day, the name “NEOTUNE” came to me, and the idea of a store began to take shape.

Of course, the store wouldn’t be complete without my sidekick and muse: Mochi. On a road trip to California, during a lively conversation, the concept of a post-apocalyptic convenience store run by Mochi popped into my head. That was the seed that grew into Zero11. From that moment, my creativity flourished. New projects and ideas began to flow naturally, each one building on the last.

Now, as I look ahead, I’m bursting with excitement to share everything I’ve been working on. NEOTUNE, Zero11, and so many other projects are brimming with potential, and I can’t wait to bring them to life for all of you.
